It's time for Josh Phillips to get a second chance. This was a 14 yr old BOY, not a gang banger, not a punk, not a drug user, just a little boy. Lets not throw him away forever. Let him prove to others that he is worth a second chance at life.

I agree with 'Rhine,' I mean you can't seriously feel afraid of this guy? And all that stuff about him being a pedo, he wasn't. Yes he looked at pornography but what teen boy doesn't? What about, Erm.. Charles Manson? I think he got let out on parole, had kids didn't he? Or the king brothers who murdered the dad.. They got let out on parole. Or Lionel Tate? Now that case is very similar to maddies. My thoughts go out to maddies fAmily, but seriously? This boy may of done wrong, but what if your abusive father didn't want people round and you did, and you were scared to wait for him to come home and youd most proberly get a wack. I'd happily be in the same room as him anyway. Call me sick or a monster, but free him.,
of course he sounds like he repented and that he feels remorseful. That's what all psychopaths say and they charmingly convince you to let them out, only to go on recklessly killing again and destroying lives. It's happen many times historically, you can read about crime recommittance rates post prison. It's better that he remains locked up. Remember, his remorse is an act. Being as shallow as you all are, you can only see his attractive face and feel moved. If he were an ugly brute, you would not say the same thing.
Please help him be free . he was a Child when he did the crime.. I agree that he should served time for what he did but not life sentence. punish him accordingly as you would punish a 14 years old boy. I think he had been punished enough. Children are not Adults therefore they should have not be punished as an Adult.

Those saying he should be realised are simply stupid.he commuted a very horrific crime.how did he lives within himself stabbing day child.in my own understanding letting him go will result to more killing once he is out.
